**Position**:
**Commercial & Distribution**
- Achieve individual commercial & direct distribution target/objectives
- Priority must be given on driving the sales and the activity of core brands (Hennessy) & new innovation brands (Chandon, Whispering Angel, Minuty, Armand de Brignac, Moet)
- Ensure high standard of presence & merchandising for Moet Hennessy products in the trade
- Explore new outlets and expand brand distribution network
- Handle purchasing orders and deliveries with Customer service team
- Use SAP B1 / Qliksense on a daily basis in order to monitor his/her own monthly & yearly performance vs SIS

**Planning & Activations Management**
- Identify target outlets, negotiate pricing and implement activity at the highest possible standard
- Ensure activations are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget (pictures, report and sell out is expected)
- Propose and manage a yearly planning of activations by brand and by customer
- Work closely with Brand Managers to evaluate methods & feedback to improve promotions effectiveness and operational efficiencies

**Trade Relationships**
- Call on and be responsible for the quality service to major customers assigned by On-Trade Manager / Commercial director
- Maintain an accurate, updated sales database in Aspire (commercial priority, daily meeting notes, 6 calls per day )
- Evaluate the outlet coverage, call frequencies and cycles constantly and propose to the Supervisor any changes as necessary

**Merchandising & Display**
- Ensure maximum facings and display of the Company’s core brands at the outlets
- Intensify the brand visibility in the outlets through impactful and quality merchandising (POSM, tentcards)

**Competitors’ Business**
- Monitor competitors’ listing, retail pricing and activities in outlets
- Analyze competitors’ sales strategy, volume by brand, and report any changes to On Trade Manager / Commercial directors

**Credit & Payment collections**
- Manage financial status of each customer and take necessary actions in order to minimize bad debts
- Ensure collections within due date
- Work closely with Finance team in order to minimize bad debts loss

**Profile**:
**Education**:

- University degree required
- Major in Business or equivalent preferred

**Languages**:

- Good command of written & spoken English

**Professional experience & know how**:

- At least 2 years relevant sales experience required
- Knowledge of spirits, champagnes & wine
- Good understanding of large brand business

**Personal & interpersonal skills**:

- Proactive and logical
- Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Quick response
- Comfortable in drinking environment
- Customer focused and result oriented
- Able to work under pressure
