**Mô tả công việc**:
Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và phát triển kinh doanh mảng Khách hàng Key Account, cụ thể:

- Xây dựng, thiết lập, phát triển các mối quan hệ, đủ khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với những người quyết định tại các tập đoàn đa quốc gia, các công ty chăn nuôi, hỗ trợ tư vấn kịp thời cho khách hàng nhằm tạo sự tin tưởng của khách hàng và khẳng định, nâng tầm uy tín của công ty.- Hoạch định, xây dựng, thực hiện, chịu trách nhiệm trước Ban TGĐ về chiến lược kinh doanh và phát triển thị trường dựa trên các sản phẩm do công ty sản xuất (bao gồm cả thuốc và vacxin).- Phân tích biến động và xu hướng thị trường, phản hồi của khách hàng, tổng hợp thông tin về đối thủ cạnh tranh, tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo để xây dựng định hướng phát triển dài hạn của công ty.- Đề xuất, tham gia các chương trình, dự án hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng.- Báo cáo hoạt động kinh doanh theo định kỳ và theo yêu cầu của Ban TGĐ.**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc ứng viên có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm kinh doanh trại quy mô vừa và lớn.- Nắm vững chuyên môn thú y, có kinh nghiệm kinh doanh các sản phẩm vắc xin là một lợi thế.- Có kỹ năng kinh doanh, tổ chức, quản lý, điều hành, sắp xếp, tổ chức công việc hợp lý.- Năng động, sáng tạo, trách nhiệm và nhiệt huyết trong công việc, khả năng gắn bó lâu dài.**4. Quyền lợi**:

- Thu nhập và phụ cấp hấp dẫn, từ 60-100 triệu tùy theo năng lực, kết quả kinh doanh.- Các quyền lợi thưởng lễ, tết, tháng lương thứ 13, du lịch, nghỉ mát hàng năm, du lịch quốc tế.- Hưởng các quyền lợi khác theo luật lao động và theo quy định của công ty.**Liên hệ**:
