1. Customer Outreach:

- Initiate contact with potential customers through strategic calls, introducing our company and highlighting the diverse range of logistics products we offer.

2. Meeting Coordination:

- Schedule and organize face-to-face meetings with potential customers to further understand their unique logistics needs and provide insights into our tailored solutions.

3. Collaboration with Operations:

- Work closely with our operations team to analyze and comprehend customer requirements, ensuring a seamless flow of information and a well-coordinated solution design.

4. Solution Presentation:

- Utilize customer insights to design customized logistics solutions, collaborating with the operations team for implementation.
- Present these solutions clearly and compellingly, addressing customer needs and showcasing the value our services bring to the table.

5. Cost Analysis and Quotation Preparation:

- Conduct a detailed cost analysis to ensure the financial viability of proposed solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive quotations, demonstrating attention to detail and alignment with customer requirements.
- Submit quotations for approval by the General Manager.

2/ Job Requirement

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales team leader in the logistics field, or at least 2 years of manager in sales.

2. Proficient knowledge of logistics products, including PO management, NVOCC, air freight, and warehouse services.

3. Proven experience in an international logistics company in a sales position for more than 2 years.

4. Excellent presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

5. Passionate about sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficient in Excel, data analysis, office software, and computers.

7. Exceptional presentation skills using PowerPoint.

8. Can-do and willing-to-do attitude.

9. A bachelor’s degree is a must.
