**The role**
- Collect and combine sales data from our platforms into one master file on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to correct customer information given and resolve customer queries and complaints about invoices.
- Access into invoice software to issue and send invoices to end users.
- Check and update the data entered into the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the issued invoices.
- Other duties related to issuing invoices as assigned by the department head.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- A Degree in Accounting, Auditing and Finance.
- Commercial Acumen is preferred, especially for e-commerce retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheet. Familiar with Queries in Excel, SQL, Power BI is a plus.
- Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented
- Hardworking and proactive.
- Effective communication and strong work ethic. Good in English is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan personal workload and delegate effectively.
- Beyond hard skills, team player, collaborative, fun, passionate, entrepreneurial and eager to work in a young and fast-growing environment.
