** Executive, Commercial Admin Billing (6-month contract)** to join us.

**Reporting of the role**
This role reports to Commercial Billing Lead

**Measures of success -**
**_In three months:_**
- Be conversant with Agencies / Finance Structure.
- Be familiar with day-to-day billing to clients of Agencies /GroupM.
- Be well-understand about the requirement and policy of invoice issuance, net sales/revenue recording.
- Good understanding of all necessary controls, compliances in client policy and client contract.
**_ In six months:_**
- Be proactive in fastening client billing and disputed invoices resolved.
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Receive all documents related to client & vendor billing, and perform the cross-check against with data updated in system to ensure accuracy.
- Support Commercial Billing team for the full of billing documents in line with internal standard requirement and client contractual terms.
- Support finance audit if any
- Other Ad-hoc tasks allocated by Commercial Billing Lead.
**What you’ll need**:
- Bachelor of Finance and Accounting is preferred.
- 2 years experience in billing accounting for international service companies is much advantageous
- Proactive, responsible, hard-working, teamwork with analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a highly motivated, demanding environment.
- Basic English communication
- Experienced in Media/Advertising industry will be an added advantage.
