**Reporting of the role**
This role reports to Group Buying Director.

**Measures of success -**
**_In three months:_**
- Develop a productive working relationship with the other teams in GroupM & Agencies.
- Have a good understanding of the internal workings of GroupM Trading and the different disciplines we provide.

**_ In six months:_**
- Ability to run end-to-end all reports/projects across GroupM Trading & Agencies.
- Be on pace to deliver the business's core deliverables and have a solid understanding of the KPIs that measure them.

**_ In 12 months:_**
- Contribute to the GroupM Trading performance, played a role to develop and achieved GroupM Trading’s KPIs.
- Be a trusted and valuable contributor to GroupM Trading team.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Work closely with the Group Buying Director compiles reports to Agencies.
- Develop and utilize Media reports, available research and tools.
- Responsible for completing weekly tracking on Market Inflation for TV.
- Active role in briefing and managing GroupM Internal LCD system.
- Proactive in terms of highlighting any issues with Market Inflation reports, Internal LCD system, Media tools (M2, Infosys, Trinity) that impact to GroupM Trading performance.

**What you’ll need**:

- 2-3 years of working experience in media/ research industry, preferably global or fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of media Media basic, especially for TV.
- Used to work on data input and be able to manage & control the quality of data input.
- Familiar with Infosys from Kantar Media.
- Good at MS Excel & formula for calculation.
- Data & technology driven is preferred.
