This role reports to Senior Manager, Search

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- Win the team’s trust
- Thorough understanding of the processes, platforms, tools, technologies in use on client business
- Get on top of all the ongoing campaign operation

**In six months**:

- Strengthen the existing standardized operational effectiveness
- Marked improvement in performance results across categories
- Explore new solutions to market as they become available
- Lead strategically & create best in class work out of Vietnam which could be taken to other markets.

**In 12 months**:

- Be a trusted expert and leader of team raising your individual and team profile internally and regionally
- Create best in class work to be recognized not only in Vietnam but also across the network
- Driving process level improvement for creating operational efficiency and workload

**What your day job looks like**:

- Independently manage the assigned teams and implement Search campaigns on major platforms (e.g. Google, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon) across all GroupM Agency accounts
- Formulate Search strategies for client’s campaigns, ensuring that recommendations and decisions are consistent, imaginative and deliver results. (including draft media schedule) for GroupM agency planners/teams
- Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
- Lead and implement Search campaign activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries
- Attain Google Ads Search and Analytics certifications
- Manage a team and be responsible for team coaching and day-to-day supervision
- Explore and conceive novel opportunities to expand our advisory offering
- Establish working models for Search to be used by GroupM Agency teams as a planning and an operations model
- Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

**What you’ll bring**:

- 6+ years working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant industry
- 3+ years in managing a technical team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing a team to deliver best in class client campaigns
- Deep knowledge of Search as a behavior not a platform. Covering Search planning expertise on verticals, social, e-Comm, audio
- Practical expertise in paid Search activation on the global/regional biddable platforms including Search management platforms Google, Microsoft Advertising and relevant platform certification
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Leadership skills demonstrated as the ability to anticipate and remove barrier to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo
- Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, holding teams accountable, focusing on continuous optimization while mitigating risks
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Creative and a good team player
- Knowledge of digital marketing preferred
- Detail orientation and well-organized
- Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
