**Job summary**:
The leading reputable company in Vietnam specializing in distribution of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical equipment, cosmetics, and healthcare products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage all activities and tasks of the Customer Service Department to ensure the delivery of the best quality of services to customers.
- Oversee the processing and handling of orders on a nationwide system.
- Act as the focal point for receiving information about Promotional Programs (PP) from suppliers and communicate these programs to employees, ensuring proper implementation.
- Monitor all PP installed in the system for order processing.
- Manage customer complaints and handle arising issues.
- Propose and provide advice on preventive solutions for customer complaints.
- Establish sustainable relationships with customers and maintain the company's and employees' image in accordance with standards.
- Advise on the annual customer care budget plan and organize its implementation within the approved budget.
- Create a favorable environment and conditions for the Customer Service Department's staff to leverage their working capabilities.
- Prepare specialized reports as required by the Director and immediate supervisors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors.

**Experience requirements**:

- Graduated from University with a major in Economics / International Business.
- Experience: 3 years or more in a similar position, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
- Dynamic, agile, and able to handle high work pressure.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English for communication.
