**1. Supervise the Customer Service Activities**:

- Sending visit notifications to customers on a monthly basic and when required.
- Coordinate with Team Leader/ Supervisor in Service Team to plan for service schedule daily in the company system productivity.
- Calling and confirming with customers for routine visits at least 12 hours before actual visits.
- Communicating with Service Supervisors of any schedule changed versus initial arrangement as per customer’s request.
- Support Team members to solve problem with other teams on daily tasks
- Printing and passing service docket, service delivery note to Service Supervisors daily.
- Visits entry into system.
- Scanning and filling service dockets and other documents according to filing system SOP
- Receiving DO from Sales and update into Google Drive.
- Communicate and confirm delivery schedule with Customers.
- Communicate DO and schedule to Service Supervisors.
- Review and verify all Service Execution Request and its supporting documents before SSM’s approval.

**2**. **Supervising Operations administration tasks**
- Petty Cash control and management at department level.
- Verifying all Payment Requests, Purchase Requests, and Stock Requests before submitting for Service Support Manager’s approval.
- Service incentive and overtime calculation monthly to submit to Finance and HR for payment with SSM’s approval.
- GPS/Vehicle monitoring and highlighting any issues with SSM.
- Vehicle maintenance management
- Petrol cost monitoring and control

**3. Reporting**
- Supervising the monthly Operation KPI report to Finance with OM’s approval.
- Overtime (hours) analysis, to control and manage actual overtime and highlight to Service Manager and SSM any overspending. Weekly report.
- Annual leave control and monitoring. Highlight to Service Manager and SSM of any issue and leave planning for Technician.
- Monthly cost analysis (operations department): materials and consumable cost break down into technician’s spending and highlight to Service Manager and SSM.

**4. Other requested tasks**
- Handling seasonal projects, which is launched internally and effecting to Operations department.
- Build up and develop the company’s culture with professional image
- Other tasks are required by Line Manager

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service, Technical fields with the same level in foreign companies.
- Have at least 05 experience years in the field of sales administrator and/or customer service.
- Good working behavior
- Able to work independently and hard working in a multi tasks function
- Able to solve problems well
- Leadership and coaching skill
- Have responsibility and ability of management
- Skill of communication in English
- Having knowledge on accounting is preferable
- Others (manners, software, etc.)Good health & willing to visit outside
