We are seeking a dynamic and motivated CSO Supervisor fluent in both Vietnamese and English to join our team. As a CSO Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Officers (CSOs) and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our Vietnamese-speaking customers. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by effectively managing the CSO team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of Customer Service Officers to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to CSOs to enhance their customer service skills
- Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to CSOs for performance improvement
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer service processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**:

- SGD $600 per month for the initial 3 months
- SGD $800 per month after the probationary period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 10,500,000₫ per month
