**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Human Resources management**:
- Oversee HR & administration activities to ensure local regulatory compliance and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and culture, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Design and implement a comprehensive rewards system that includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentives.
- Monitor and execute performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Work closely and collaborate with HODs to consult on people management practices, headcount plan and relevant matters.
- Continuously monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Manage and optimize HR systems and processes, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
**2. Office & Administrative management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 4 main offices and other site offices in different locations within Vietnam, and provide administrative support to the organization.
- Manage admin office staff, develop, and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Plan, and execute the renovation and fitout of company’s offices if any.
- Control budget and expenses reasonably and effectively.
- Manage transportation arrangement, traveling policies.
**3. Others**
- Stay updated on related industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Responsible for directors & officers insurance.
- Get board resolution approval upon request.
- Other adhoc requirements assigned by management and BODs.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with at least 10 years in a strategic HR management role.
- Strong command of business English.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, compensation principles, and employment laws.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Enjoy a fast-paced exciting environment with a commitment to achieving results.
- Demonstrate a personality and attitude which can connect with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
Pay: 120,000,000₫ - 140,000,000₫ per month
