**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
This position based in Vietnam but work directly with commercial team in Headquarter, regarding offer and order management for spare parts business to customers all over the world, focusing commercial matter.
- Take over the commercial processing of customer inquiries and orders as well as the preparation of offers and order processing.
- Be responsible for the successful handling of the process from the offer phase to the final payment
- Carry out the commercial check of the incoming orders, prepare and send the order confirmation and ensure reasonable commercial conditions.
- Manage complex service offers and orders by successfully coordinating and harmonizing the essential interfaces among headquarter and regional
- Coordinate the involved interfaces and ensure successful order processing
- Report on order-related opportunities and risks and always keep an eye on the necessary documentation including in SAP system
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years of working experience for an international company with relevant areas
- Good knowledge in domestic and international law for purchasing, customs clearance, logistics procedure (shipping domestic and international) and other export related works
- Fluent English (at least B2 level).
- A structured and systematic team player, with intercultural competence, who also has negotiating skills and a convincing demeanor and never loses sight of the results and our customers.
- In addition to an experienced handling of modern Microsoft Office software, have basic knowledge of SAP.
