Sales Executive

Responsibilities;
Business Development
- Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conferences, as well as through market research
- Arrange client meetings to understand customer needs and to present our products and services
Customer Account Management
- Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts.
- Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
Managing Sales Process
- Ensure full set of signed contracts and customers’ company profiles are passed over to the operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.
**Requirements**:
- University Degree level or equivalent education
- 2 years relevant work experience in sales and business development
- Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
- Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageous
- Working experience and knowledge of the ICT Sector will be advantageous
- Commercial understanding of the compliance industry, minimum 2 years quality system management work experience is preferred
