**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Junior Sales and Marketing Executive at OMH Vietnam Company Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales growth and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Sales**:

- Respond to inquiries from potential customers, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and prospects.
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals to maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- New Customer Acquisition:

- **Marketing**:

- Support marketing efforts across various platforms, including website and social media
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and brand.
- Collect and analyze market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Assist in representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

**Job Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative.
- Enthusiasm for our products and the nautical industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on manufacturing or related industries for at least 1 year.
