- Senior Sales & Marketing Executive- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC- Triển khai các chiến lược để cải thiện hoạt động bán hàng / _Execute sales strategies to improve its operation_
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhà phân phối, đội ngũ bán hàng và khách hàng chính để cải thiện hoạt động, bao gồm quy trình bán hàng, hệ thống bán hàng, xúc tiến bán hàng, quản lý hàng tồn kho,/ _Work closely with distributor, sales team and key customer to improve their operation including: sales process, sales system, sales promotion, inventory management, etc._
- Hỗ trợ Quản lý cấp cao Lập kế hoạch, Thực hiện, Kiểm tra, Điều chỉnh (chu trình PDCA) để đánh giá và thực hiện chiến lược bán hàng / _Support Senior Manager for Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA cycle) to evaluate and implementation of sales strategy _
- Phân tích thị trường bao gồm quy trình bán hàng, độ nhận diện sản phẩm, việc thực thi chiến dịch khuyến mãi và các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh / _Market analysis including sales process, product availability-visibility (AVIS), promotion execution and competitor’s activities_
- Tiếp cận thị trường để thu thập thông tin và dữ liệu về quy trình bán hàng, độ nhận diện sản phẩm, việc thực thi chiến dịch khuyến mãi và đánh giá đối thủ cạnh tranh/ _Go to market to collect information and data about sales process, product AVIS, promotion execution and competitor’s review._
- Tóm tắt thông tin, dữ liệu và gửi báo cáo thị trường cho Quản lý cấp cao / _Recap all the information and data, then submit the market report to Senior Manager _
- YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆCTrình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/ _Education background_:_
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học các chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Marketing, / _Minimum diploma / bachelor’s degree, _

Kinh nghiệm/ _Working Experience_:

- Ưu tiên nam có 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong kinh doanh/ tiếp thj các sản phẩm tiêu dùng nhanh / _Male is preferred with experience 2 years in the sales / field marketing of FMCG._

Giao tiếp tốt bằng Tiếng Anh/ _Good communication in English._
