**About the Role**:
The role of the Sales Development Executive (SDE) entails proactive development and qualification of potential new businesses within their designated territory. The SDE will work in tandem with regional sales leaders and the marketing team to execute targeted strategies that attract and engage new clients. This position is pivotal in educating potential clients, fostering relationships, identifying opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline to support the company's growth ambitions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the generation of new business opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline across the specified region.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to devise and implement account strategies, including outreach and relationship building with potential clients.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through strategic communication efforts, contributing to a seamless CRM system.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, particularly within the IT and eCommerce sectors in Vietnam and Asia.
- At least one year of experience in roles focused on new business development, including cold outreach and strategic account management.
- Exceptional communication abilities in both English and Vietnamese, coupled with a high-energy demeanor and positive outlook.
- Competent in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and efficient time management.
- Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, agility, resilience, and a strong motivation to learn and excel.
- Familiarity with various sales and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is advantageous.
