Homebase is looking for a Sales Executive to join our company. Responsibilities for this role include:

- Drive sales efforts to address default cases and resolve financial issues;
- Collaborate with clients to identify tailored solutions for default management;
- Efficiently communicate and negotiate with defaulting clients for asset liquidation and debt settlement;
- Ensure prompt execution of default resolution plans while maintaining compliance with regulations;
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline asset distribution, debt settlement, and claim adjustments;
- Meet targets for disbursements, asset liquidation, and debt recovery;
- Provide regular reports and updates on default handling activities to management.

**Our Requirements**:

- Based in HCMC;
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 1+ years of direct sales experience in the real estate industry;
- Proven track record in sales or financial services, with a focus on default management or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of real estate finance, default resolution processes, and debt settlement strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to interact with defaulting clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the real estate and financial sectors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
