**Overview**

We are looking for a passionate IT sales lead/executive to join our sales team. The IT sales lead/executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls and meetings, continuously updating our CRM database, preparing project quotations, following client project status, preparing invoices, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as an IT sales lead/executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch IT sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers, close sales, and follow project status.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Researching client segments and identifying potential clients.
- Leads generation and qualification.
- Relationship building with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Front the discussion with clients based on the inputs given by management and the technical team
- Work together with Technical Project Manager and Finance to draft quotations, project finance updates, invoices, and related reports.
- Other tasks as required by Management.

**Are you the right fit?**
- This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- 4+ years work experience in business development, lead generation, sales or similar fields in the IT sector
- Loves innovation and the startup ecosystem
- Passionate about creating new opportunities
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Linkedin Sales Navigator and relevant software/tools
- Experience with CRM software such as Zoho CRM, or relevant software is a plus.
