**Description**:** Role Description**:
The Commercial Effectiveness Lead & Marketing Analyst is responsible in ensuring disciplined commercial processes are in place to drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing & Demand Generation functions, to measure and optimize ROI.

Drawing on strong analytical skills, this role will translate data and information into meaningful business insights to enable the commercial team to make more informed data driven decisions. As a key business partner this role will be a key contributor in LPCT and MFT teams, helping the marketing team on Marketing Strategy (market insights, trends, competitors, PAT), as well as maintain an essential collaboration with the Sales & DG Leads to drive effectiveness and ROI in field and channel activities. Further, this role will be a key partner in driving the C1-C2 linkage by designing and administering channel programs such as Club Premier Plus (Retailer & Dealer).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales & Demand Generation Effectiveness - KPI, KPM and ROI analysis.
- Program management - CRM / Sales processes harmonization
- Digital tool strategy & implementation (enablement of sales & DG teams).
- Customer Engagement Process and strategy (C1 - C2 linkage, loyalty programs and Club Premier)
- Partnering with Category Leaders to track New Launches & New Launch process.
- Market Intelligence
- Industry trends & Customer Insights
- PAT analysis to provide for demand plan to make sure to drive robust and campaign effectiveness and tracking - ROI.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualification**:

- At least 3 years in the crop protection industry
- Have hands-on experience in demand generation planning and management (SMART objectives, KPI matrix)
- Experience in working with dealers, retailers and farmers
- Good teamwork spirit
- Good English proficiency
- Knowledgeable about agriculture is an advantage.
