**Lead th**
**e brand’s online sales and development in different channels with sustainable growth and profit**

Ø Strategize the channel differentiation of the diff online platforms (Marketplace, D2C, Social commerce ) taking into account division and brand’s objectives

Ø Activates the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)

Ø Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographies

Ø Drives relationship with partners (as outlined above) to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the retailers

Ø Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective

Ø Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase

Ø Works closely with marketing to define the consumer experience and e-merchandising and CDMO team to optimize media & other digital solutions

Ø Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographies

Ø Ensures that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy

Ø Drives collaboration with technology teams and ensures continuous improvement and upgrade of the site

Ø Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective

**Most important qualifications, background and experience**:
Ø 8-10 of work experience in MNCs with at least 4-5 years exp in Ecommerce area

Ø Effective team leader and people developer

Ø Able to handle complexity and pressure

Ø Results Oriented

Ø Good English including verbal & written

Ø Able to work and collaborate with multi function teams and regional teams
