Plans, organizes & sets up the Pastry & Bakery Department. Supervises the work of the Pastry -kitchen employees.

Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức & sắp xếp bộ phận Bếp bánh. Giám sát công việc của nhân viên trong bộ phận.

Sets all standards, assuring top quality products of Pastry
- Bakery & Confectionary items, design the Gourmet Shop in the Lobby.

Xây dựng tất cả các tiêu chuẩn, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm hàng đầu của các mặt hàng Bánh ngọt & Kẹo mứt, thiết kế quầy bánh dành cho người sành ăn ở khu vực Tiền sảnh.

Provides a great selection for Café Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner Buffet’s, Banqueting, 1902 Lounge, Spanish & Mediterranean & Vietnamese Restaurant & Lobby Lounge, Room Amenities, creates Cutting Edge & Innovative presentation of all foods, contributing to the profitability of the Food & Beverage Department.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Minimum of 3 years of experience in international hotel brand as supervisor or 1 years exp as assistant manager.
Excellent customer service skills with ability to effectively manage complaints and resolve conflicts.
Good motivator, eanger to learn new things and connect with everyone.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g. Opera PMS).
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
Ability to train and develop the team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with local area attractions and knowledge of local cultures is a plus.
Familiarity with cold weather in the North/mountain area of Vietnam.
Opportunity for growth into the GEX Manager.
