**Job Opportunity: Executive Pastry Chef**

Are you a culinary mastermind with a passion for pastry and bakery creations? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Pastry Chef to join an esteemed team in a vibrant **capital city in Asia**

**About the Role**:
As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will oversee the pastry and bakery production for the expansive operation, consisting of over 1000 rooms and encompassing 15+ outlets and function facilities. Your creative expertise will play a pivotal role in elevating the culinary offerings to new heights. We're seeking someone with extensive experience in South East Asia and a background in larger-scale operations, particularly within establishments boasting 400+ rooms and diverse dining concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and inspire a team of talented pastry chefs and bakers to deliver exquisite creations.**:

- **Develop innovative pastry and bakery menus that cater to the diverse tastes of the clientele, incorporating international and authentic South East Asian flavours and ingredients.**:

- **Oversee the production process to ensure quality and consistency across all outlets and function facilities.**:

- **Collaborate closely with other culinary departments to create cohesive dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.**:

- **Implement best practices in pastry and bakery operations, including inventory management, cost control, and sanitation standards.**:

- **Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar role in high-volume, upscale establishments.**:

- **Track record of success in leading large teams and managing pastry production for multiple outlets.**:

- **Strong creative abilities with a knack for developing visually stunning and delicious pastry creations.**:

- **Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to excel.**

**Benefits**:
