**The opportunity**

We are looking for a Developer Support Engineer to join our team supporting Unity LevelPlay Mediation. The Developer Support Engineer is expected to be an expert in all our supported products, understand them in-depth, and take ownership of issues raised by customers, as well as by internal teams. You will research, resolve and provide technical solutions, using different diagnostic and analysis tools, provide high-level technical support to our customers, and work closely with the company's development and business teams.

This is a one-year contract role.

**What you'll be doing**
- Investigate complex technical issues, identifying potential causes and solutions
- Work with strategic customers to provide quick and accurate technical assistance
- Prioritize and manage multiple issues from customers on our products and platform
- Work closely and Build relationships with R&D and Product Management teams, provide feedback on the product functionality
- Maintain and Create knowledge articles

**What we're looking for**
- Technical / Industrial Engineering title or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with high analytical abilities
- Native level in Vietnamese and high level of English proficiency - both written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in SQL

**You might also have**
- Experience with one or more of the following tools: Kibana, Charles Proxy/ WireShark, Postman
- Familiarity with integrated development environment - Xcode, Android Studio, Unity3D
- Basic knowledge with Java / Objective C / C-Sharp
