Then come and join our Vietnam team as a Customer Service Engineer (CSE) to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction thereby ensuring the continuing profitable growth of our business and complete technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes, support in planning and managing in troubleshoot, installation, maintain the instruments and address customer support issues promptly and professionally.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
1. You will be responsible to complete broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance, evaluation of customer’s equipment.
- 2. You will determine priorities of tasks/actions and schedule measures accordingly.
- 3. You will support the customer remotely and onsite, providing 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issue.
- 4. You contribute to or conduct the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
- 5. You contribute to or execute activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management.
- 6. You will be adhering to relevant processes and regulations.
- 7. You may manage sub-contractor and monitor delivery.
- 8. You may be involved in technical design and development for service offerings.

**Your qualifications and experience**:
1. Possessing a solid understanding of biomedical electronics.- 2. Proficient in English language with strong skills in reading and effective communication.- 3. You have basic IT (Information Technology) knowledge.- 4. Biomedical Engineering with a Focus on Electronics, or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering with an electronics emphasis.- 5. An English certificate would provide an additional benefit.**Your attributes and skills**:
