1. Manage agency relationship.
2. Expand business with existing agent partners from the group.
3. Manage and monitor all the requests from agents, ensure existing operation is handled smoothly, ensure fast response to agents, problem solving.
4. Follow up feedback for win/lost RFQ.
5. Quotation management, increase Booking confirmation ratio.
6. Promoting Air & Sea products to agents on regular basis.
7. Product Knowledge - Knowing our in-house solution and proposing solutions to our Agents -in close cooperation with Product and Line.
8. Supporting other departments for matters related to agent partners.
10. Performs additional tasks, assigned by the Manager as per employee’s qualification and role.

1. Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics (2years +)

2. Special Knowledge:

- MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.)
- Fluent English language spoken and written

3. Personal Qualification
- Commercial mindset
- Good communication and organization skills
