OVERVIEW:
- starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

To support local Partners, while seeking a number of potential partners in that country to enhance and strengthen HQSOFT Partner System, from that leading to the closing of new contracts together with partners.

The Overseas Business Development is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads

PEOPLE/ TEAM

To refer to senior team members for advice and support.
To proactively support the line manager by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate
To set up and maintain good relationships with internal departments and cross
- functional teams
To maintain a guest
- orientated approach and demonstrate a professional approach to work at all times
To attend meetings and training sessions as and when required.

The Overseas Business Development is expected to have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
An interest in Software industry, and a genuine passion for our products
A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following: Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM, Social Networking (LinkedIn)
Previous B2B or B2C sales experience
Excellent communication skills and an excellent front manner
Proactive manner
Good verbal and written skills
A positive approach to objection handling is essential

Knowledge Sales B2B and Marketing at Vietnam
Knowledge about Searching, Presentation
Can work independently or in groups, withstanding high pressure
2- 3 years or more of experience in the equivalent position
Male/Female graduated from University/College majoring in IT- Software
