**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- ** 2+ years of experience in mass recruitment**, **preferably in BPO or F&B industry**:

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to guide and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- ** Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail**:

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- A data-driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on measuring and improving key metrics
