Product portfolio: Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), Cardiac Surgery (CS), Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS).
Role based in Hanoi, Vietnam
**A Day in the Life**
- Act as the key point of contact for CRM and CS for North Vietnam with distributors and Greater Hanoi hospital C-suites
- Direct management of 5 sales / clinical representatives in greater Hanoi
- Manage distributors to achieve sales & pricing objective.
- Identify, develop and implement near-term and long-term business strategies.
- Analyze trends to provide market insights and hospital segmentation (tender process update, pricing regulations)
- Collaborate with Vietnam and Regional Marketing Team to develop and execute detailed action plans for each division.
- Lead and facilitate execution on growth opportunities together with the distributors, sales team and the marketing team.
- Consolidate tender information to update Tender Tracking Tool
- Responsible for the management & Staff development: talent acquisition/selection, direction setting for growth, feedback and coaching, performance management, rewards and recognition and development planning.
- Work within Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct. Ensure a thorough understanding and adherence to any corporate or government compliance issue.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
**Nice to Have**
- Proven strong performance record in sales, market development and deep understanding of the sales environment in Vietnam.
- 2 years’ experience in people management OR strong interest in managing a team.
- Solid capabilities in Strategy, Data analytics and Sales analysis
- Master’s degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare & Medical devices.
- Solid experience in the Medtech industry OR Pharmaceutical in Cardiovascular divisions
- Business acumen in CRM or CS would be a plus.
- Very good command of English
