In this role you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You’ll have a consultative style and are someone who enjoys working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition._**

This is a hybrid working environment, 3 days a week at the client's site at the GSK Vietnam site._**
**What you will be doing**:
- Delivering across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Managing multiple stakeholders, you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Recruit across corporate support, pharmaceutical and R & D business units
- Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process
**You will be someone who can bring**:
- Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
- Experience recruiting in more project focused, fast paced and deadline driven environments
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
- Past experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer health/goods environments will be highly regarded
