We are seeking a dynamic and vision-driven **Talent Acquisition Director** to spearhead our talent acquisition initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and elevate our recruitment strategies on hiring the best people for Positive Thinking Company and our clients in an efficient manner.
The **Talent Acquisition Director** will hold a pivotal role in driving business expansion, overseeing teams spanning multiple APAC locations, and streamlining our recruitment procedures. This role will report directly to the **People & Culture Leader** for the APAC region and engage with C-level executives within APAC and the company’s clientele on a daily basis.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO AND BE EXPECTED TO DELIVER - PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES**:
**Business Development Support & Client Management**:
- Consult with the Sales team to prepare the rate card proposals for various skill sets and technologies in the pre-sales stage.
- Present innovative recruitment solutions to clients, Hiring Managers and interviewers in client meetings and visits.
- Negotiate and advise the client and business stakeholders on technical role requirements, recruitment timeline & priority, interview standards, and recruitment processes.
- Harness exceptional upselling abilities to secure crucial positions and elevate rate cards, making a substantial contribution to our business’s success.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Balance the needs and agendas of various internal and external stakeholders for smooth team delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact and account manager, expertly resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction regarding recruitment & sourcing.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Regularly analyze the recruitment and sourcing data to suggest insightful inputs to management teams and hiring managers.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment-related reports and analyses to management teams and clients to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Manage, improve and maintain recruitment systems and dashboards to optimize processes.
**Recruitment Team Management**:
- Lead and manage 5 teams and over 18 recruitment consultants across multiple locations.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to team members through mentoring and coaching activities, fostering collaboration.
- Improve Assessment Process for team members to better identify and assess competency, ensuring relative fairness and satisfaction in performance appraisals.
- Calculate and verify quarterly KPI bonuses, tracking recruitment velocity, hiring quality and team results, ensuring team growth and success.
- Improve and upgrade the existing hiring processes at the company to react to changes in the Business and Legal landscape.

**Policy & Compliance**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and resourcing processes in strict compliance with company policies and codes of conduct.
- Address underperforming or compliance-violating cases among the team, ensuring discipline.
**Change Management and Process Improvements**:
- Foster initiatives and continuous improvement in recruitment delivery.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance the ATS system and optimize time management.
- Integrate and standardize recruitment practices, tools, systems, and policies between organizations.
**HR Business Partnering**:
- Collaborate with development managers and clients to identify and resolve grievances.
- Participate in organizing Employer Branding events.
**P&L**:
- Prepare hiring proposals, calculate margins, and negotiate offering packages.
- Manage internal resources for optimal utilization and mobilization.
**WHAT YOU MUST/SHOULD HAVE**:
**Location**:
- Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC); or
- Willing to relocate to HCMC
**Experience Required**:
- At least 7-10 years in relevant roles, including 2-3 years in a similar position.
**Preferred Background**:
- Experience in executive search firms (technology function) or IT companies is highly valued.
- Experience in both areas is a big plus.
**Language**:
- Advanced English fluency, at least at C1 level.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field in Information Technology.
