**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Hiring Position/Job Title**:HR & Admin Intern**
**Report to**:HR Business Partner**
**Department**:HR & Admin**
**Hiring Location**: HCM office, Vietnam**

**What will you do?**
**I - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Admin Function**:
- Managing and contracting with vendors externally and follow up legal review process internally.
- Expense payments process on SAP system and follow up with accountant for vendors' payments timely.
- Employee engagement activities and events arrangement with Crocs United Committee team.
- Visa, hotel, transport arrangement for global visitors and local Crocs VN routine operation.
- Company property tracker management & registration on IT devices, HR gears to employees' in & out.
- Other daily admin ad-hoc transactional work.
- **HR Function**:
- Support Talent Acquisition includes Employer Branding activities.
- _Internal (in person activities): Crocs VN employee engagement initiatives, activities._
- _External (online activities): Create content for Crocs VN LinkedIn page._
- Support L&D Programs (_LinkedIn Learning, Lunch & Learn, etc.)_.
- Support Recruitment & Onboarding Process.
- Support Employee Benefits program build-up, maintain and enhance.
- Support Employee Engagements & Retention programs initiatives & running.
- Support CSR Programs running includes CrocsCares activities.

- External Stakeholders: HR & Admin suppliers, vendor, headhunts, etc.

**Who are you?**
**III - JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- **1**. **Minimum Education**:
- Bachelor's degree (in Human Resource Management is a plus).
- **2**. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbally)
- Detail Orientated, Persistent and adapt easily.
- Proactive and enthusiastic.
- **3**. **Experience**:
- Communication Branding & Marketing activities experiences are plus points.
- Ensure communications materials are consistent and reflect the organization's strategic vision, business objectives and key messages.
- Ensure consistent framing of messages.
