**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 25 - 30 triệu VNĐ)
1. Dựa trên yêu cầu của công ty, lập kế hoạch tìm kiếm khách hàng mục tiêu, có thể kết hợp ưu thế cũng như xu hướng phát triển của dự án công ty để tìm ra điểm lợi ích cho khách hàng.
2. Mở rộng lượng nhà bán hàng TMĐT xuyên biên giới, nghiên cứu nhu cầu của khách hàng tiềm năng và xúc tiến hợp tác, duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài với khách hàng.
3. Phối hợp với team vận hành, hỗ trợ nhà bán hàng nhanh chóng kinh doanh và phát triển, bao gồm các khâu lựa chọn sản phẩm, chiến lược vận hành và chịu trách nhiệm cho các mục tiêu kinh doanh tương ứng.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, có 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành Internet hoặc TMĐT hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo.
- Có laptop riêng
- Có nguồn khách hàng thương mại hoặc các xưởng sản xuất tại VN, có mối quan hệ với nguồn cung ứng sản phẩm tại VN.
- Có khả năng đàm phán linh hoạt và hợp tác với các nguồn khách hàng tốt, có khả năng quản lí nhà cung cấp hiệu quả, tối ưu hóa năng lực chuỗi cung ứng.
- Thông thạo các sàn TMĐT chính tại thị trường như Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok, hiểu rõ luật chơi ngành TMĐT, ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng vận hành shop TMĐT hoặc các ứng viên có mối quan hệ với các nhà bán hàng TMĐT.
- Có khả năng phân tích số liệu, hiểu được các loại dữ liệu online và các thông tin được phản ánh từ số liệu.
