Mô tả Công việc

1. Lập kế hoạch và lãnh đạo nhóm thực hiện kế hoạch theo chiến lược triển khai của tập đoàn Best

Inc.

2. Lập kế hoạch phương hướng kinh doanh phù hợp dựa trên điều kiện thị trường địa phương

3. Giám sát việc ký kết và giao dịch hợp đồng với nhà cung cấp và khách hàng cũng như tất cả các

khía cạnh của quy trình nội bộ

4. Chịu trách nhiệm về mục tiêu doanh thu của nhóm, phân bổ và quản lý công việc cũng như đào

tạo nhân sự

5. Hoàn thành kịp thời các nhiệm vụ khác do lãnh đạo cấp trên giao

6. Các công việc khác: Hoàn thành mục tiêu doanh thu cá nhân và các công việc liên quan đến bán

hàng với tư cách là người quản lý bán hàng

4. Có kinh nghiệm vị trí quản lý từ 1 năm trở lên

5. Có kinh nghiệm liên quan từ 3 năm trở lên
