Sales Director, Consumer Electronics

Our client is one of the biggest Consumer goods companies in Vietnam who is searching for experienced talent to join their BOM team:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and approve product planning, product segments for each channel and region market
- In collaboration with R&D department to develop plan for new products
- Responsible for the direction the product development portfolio to serve the needs of the current market/channel
- Manage cost of product structure according to CBOM
- Responsible for implementing plan of new product development
- Coordinate to find sources, suppliers to meet the requirements of improvement and development for new products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product management, to drive sales efforts and support business objectives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
**Benefits**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. At least 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. Analytical skills to gather and analyze market data, and to forecast sales performance. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product management. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, and ability to identify new sales opportunities. Fluent in English or Chinese is an advantage
