DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Research/develop a deep understanding of food/express delivery services to identify operational issues, implement initiatives to improve drivers/orders performance
- Work closely with local Operation team in driving initiatives related to performance management and nurture driver capacity that align with strategic growth plan for each region/city
- Market research/ benchmarking analysis to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Evaluate business metrics, deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations, create a visual display of quantitative information
- Provide guidance, direction and principles for setting up KPI, indicators that well-reflect and align with business objectives and future development

**Requirements**:

- Critical Thinking; Proactive; “Can-do” attitude; Responsible; Data Driven
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Operation Management
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, able to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience with data modeling and have proficient knowledge of SQL, Excel, Spreadsheet
- Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders for running assigned projects
- Business Consultant is a plus
