**We're seeking a high-energy and results-oriented individual to ensure a smooth experience for our driver-partners.**

**What you’ll do/ Mô tả công việc**:

- Ensure driver information and registered accounts match system records, upholding relevant processes, policies, and legal regulations.
- _ Kiểm tra thông tin tài xế và tài khoản đăng ký của họ khớp với hệ thống, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình, chính sách và quy định pháp luật liên quan._
- Guide drivers through operational procedures via phone calls, fostering a smooth transition.
- _ Hướng dẫn tài xế về các quy trình hoạt động qua điện thoại, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho tài xế vận hành suôn sẻ._
- Assist senior QA and coaching agents, delegating data leads to optimize team workflow.
- _ Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên Kiểm soát Chất lượng và các tư vấn viên, phân công các đầu mối dữ liệu để tối ưu hóa quy trình làm việc nhóm._
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to help streamline daily operational tasks.
- _ Xác định các cơ hội và triển khai cải tiến quy trình để nâng cao hiệu quả các tác vụ vận hành hàng ngày._
- Track and monitor analysis of metrics to effectively identify and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement.
- _ Theo dõi và phân tích các chỉ số để xác định và giải quyết hiệu quả các vấn đề vận hành, thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục._
- Special/ad-hoc projects are assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.

Work time/ **_Thời gian làm việc_**: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).**:
