DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Support Team Leader on optimizing the onboarding process and finding solutions to increase conversion rate.
- Build dashboard & follow active rate, turnover rate to identify problems and suggest solutions.
- Make large-scale plans (nationwide recruitment for both monthly and campaign, budget plan, activities for new drivers, create sources ).
- Giving out approaches, procedures in a clear and concentrated way.
- Tracking performance of new drivers as: CR (onboarded -> 1st order), ADO drivers, working time, turn over...& coordinate with DP, PMO, Comms, Training in monitoring their performance of new drivers.
- Build nationwide SOP for procedures of driver recruitment.
- Prepare bonus schemes for drivers to improve activation rate and enlarge the inactive driver’s contributions.
- Acquire competitor's benchmark updates & explore more recruitment channels.
- Application data migration: Driver onboarding self-registration & SPF websites for drivers.
- Ensure smooth reporting & dashboard as required.
- Created handouts and infographics of frequently asked questions for new drivers.
- Handle ad-hoc, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in a relevant position.
- Strong skill of planning, report/data analysis.
- Fast-learning and well-adapted and attention to details.
- Collaborative and willing to learn new things.
- Good in English.
- Good in Leadership skill.
