- Building a strong relationship with business stakeholders and teams. Interacting with senior management levels at Lines of Business Heads, BOM and BOD, which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters
- Define the customer segments the product will target, to understand those customers' goals, and how they would gain value from product capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong ties with teams; educate and train teams on new solutions and innovations. Research, study, and testing of the up-to-date technology and to transfer of the architecture technology knowledge to staffs
- Budget and plan modernization work for the entire product life cycle and not as an occasional exception, by performing continuous modernization which will proactively reduce technical debt.
- Manage the IT function on a day-to-day operational basis

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Educational Qualifications**
- Priority to have a master's degree in IT or computer science

**Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise**
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge of contracts, negotiation, and change management.
- Knowledge of IT computer systems and software and ability to manage the entire scope of IT operations.
- Good foundation in database design
- Working knowledge of core financial system is an advantage

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills and presentation in Vietnamese and English - Strong project management skills with a focus on efficiency and results in the information system environment.

**Relevant Experience**
- 10+ years of relevant experience in innovation, technology and/or solutions development. 5+ years executive of a large company.
- Deep understanding of significant aspects of technologies, business models, and regulations relevant for the industry. Demonstrated success in defining a culture of innovation and driving dramatic growth through new revenue sources.
- M.S./MBA/Ph.D. or equivalent operational experience
