**A. **Recruitment - 60%**:

- Propose and implement recruitment ads on the website and social media (VietnamWorks, Facebook fan page, groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, ), expand recruitment sources
- Track and make reports about the usage of recruitment packages, research and propose recruitment packages, and cost recruitment.
- Screen CVs and make sure HR Managers/Heads of departments have received them on time.
- Arrange and schedule an interview for HR Managers/Head of departments
- Collect documents and input data of new employees after when they pass the interview and start onboard
- Make recruiting plans and reports weekly in month/quarter/year - Build up Recruitment Procedure

**B. Other Admin & HR task - 40%**:

- Introduce the new employee to all staff and organize an Orientation training meeting.
- Submit Visa/ Work Permit/ TRC for foreign staff
- Employee card/ Parking card (if needed) for new employee
- Cooperate with the Operation team to recruit and manage part-time employee schedule
- Build an internal network to improve employment relations, follow-up, update and resolve issues concerning union
- Plan and organize company internal activities: team building, parties,
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

- Proficient in English
- Proficient in computer skills

- Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.
