Supervise the construction and repair items related to the office’s infrastructure

Administration Responsibilities

Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Make a report for monthly electricity and water bills, operation cost
Receive purchase orders from departments
Manage suppliers, quotations, warranties and process urgent orders
Manage the office’s facilities and infrastructure
Prepare documents for notarization

What we are looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in operating office facilities
Good physical condition
Attention to detail, honestly and have a high sense of responsibility
Knowledgeable about basic technical skills of the office&039;s infrastructure, including electricity, water, elevator, air

Familiar with handling weekly, monthly report
Great skill in observing, evaluating and solving problems
Proactive, dedicated and agile in work
