Your role

The team at Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) offers Application Managed Services (AMS) to clients in the SEA region for various ERP applications. Collaborating closely with our clients, we ensure business continuity and add value by driving continuous enhancements in both internal IT processes and the application-defined business processes. The support provided by the AMS team allows our clients to concentrate on their strategic initiatives while we uphold their business satisfaction with the implemented application.

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team works hand in hand with our Consulting team to deliver comprehensive services to our clients from Advisory and Implementation to Operation. We play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition from the project implementation phase or the client's existing AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams across different locations such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore, supporting various ERP applications. As a Consultant in this dynamic and evolving team, you will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies including Cloud Apps (SAP & Oracle), Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You will gain hands-on experience in delivering operational services, which involve troubleshooting, understanding raised requests/problems, resolving daily production issues (bug fixes) within agreed Service Level Agreements, identifying potential areas for enhancement, executing improvements, supporting the team in trend analysis, and engaging in other internal initiatives to enhance your functional, technical, and soft skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and execute SAP Implementation/Development activities in SAP Account Payable and Treasury.
  • Analyze incidents raised by users and provide solutions for incident resolution.
  • Manage change requests with a deep understanding of new business requirements.
  • Create documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end user manuals, and training courses.
  • Address business needs and deliver solutions to streamline processes whenever feasible.
  • Train key and end users, and communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI with a focus on support or implementation.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to independently handle SAP business change requests.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and efficient task completion.
  • Experience in S4 HANA, Serrala, and Kyriba is advantageous.
  • The role is responsible for AP and Treasury functions, requiring extensive knowledge in areas such as Account Payable and Treasury Accounting and management systems.
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and always eager for new challenges.
  • Open to continuous learning and skill expansion.
  • Willing to work according to the client's business days and office hours.
  • Ready for shift work and/or on-call duties.
  • Capability to travel, if necessary, such as being stationed at the client's site for projects.
