Tasks you will handle

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team delivers Application Managed Services (AMS) to our clients in the SEA region for various ERP applications. We collaborate with our clients to ensure business operations and provide value-added tasks by implementing continuous improvements in internal IT processes, procedures, and business processes within the application. The support offered by the AMS team allows our clients to concentrate on their strategic work while we maintain business satisfaction for the implemented application.

The KL DC team closely works with our Consulting team to offer end-to-end services to our clients from Advisory and Implementation to Operations. We play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition from the project implementation team to the client's incumbent AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams in different locations (such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) supporting various ERP applications. As a Consultant in this dynamic and growing team, you will have the chance to explore cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps in SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You will gain experience in delivering operational services, including troubleshooting issues, identifying areas for improvement, supporting team initiatives, and developing necessary skills.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Provide ongoing support and carry out SAP Implementation/Development activities in CO and Product Costing.
  • Analyze incidents raised by users and provide solutions for incident resolution.
  • Manage change requests and understand new business requirements clearly.
  • Develop documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end-user manuals, and training materials.
  • Address business needs and implement solutions to streamline processes whenever possible.
  • Train key and end users, as well as communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP CO Product Costing with support or implementation.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle SAP business change requests independently.
  • Skilled at multitasking and efficiently completing tasks.
  • Experience in Impact ECS is required.
  • The role focuses on the CO area and requires extensive knowledge in CO and Product Costing.
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and always eager to take on new challenges.
  • Open to continuous learning and skill expansion.
  • Available to work based on the client's business days and office hours.
  • Willing to work on shifts and/or be on call.
  • Ready to travel if needed, such as being stationed at the client's site for projects.
