What you will be doing

The team at the Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) delivers Application Managed Services (AMS) to clients in the SEA region for various ERP applications. Collaborating with clients, we ensure business continuity and add value by driving continuous improvements in internal IT processes and business procedures. The support provided by the AMS team allows clients to focus on their strategic work while we maintain satisfaction with the implemented application.

The KL DC team works closely with our Consulting team to offer comprehensive services to clients from Advisory, Implementation, to Operation. We play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition from the project implementation phase or the client's current AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams across different locations (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) supporting various ERP applications. Embracing a diverse workforce can be a truly enriching experience. At Deloitte, we value networking and collaboration.

As a Consultant in this dynamic and growing team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You will gain experience in delivering operational services, including troubleshooting and resolving daily production issues, identifying areas for improvement, supporting trend analysis, and other initiatives to enhance your functional, technical, and soft skills.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support and execute SAP Implementation/Development activities in SAP Account Receivable and Treasury.
  • Analyze incidents raised by users and provide solutions.
  • Address change requests based on new business requirements.
  • Create documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end user manuals, and training courses.
  • Enhance processes to make them more efficient and user-friendly.
  • Train key and end users, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI in support or implementation roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle SAP business change requests independently.
  • Effective multitasker and results-driven individual.
  • Experience with S4 HANA is advantageous.
  • Detailed knowledge in areas such as
    • Account Receivable
    • Treasury Accounting and treasury management systems
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and keen on taking up new challenges.
  • Open to continuous learning and development.
  • Available to work based on client's business hours and days.
  • Flexible to work shifts or be on call as required.
  • Willingness to travel, including project-based assignments at client sites.
