What you'll be doing

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team offers Application Managed Service (AMS) to our SEA region clients for various ERP applications. We collaborate with clients to ensure business continuity, deliver continuous improvements, and allow clients to focus on their strategic work while we maintain satisfaction for the applications implemented.

Our team in KL DC works closely with our consulting team to provide end-to-end services to our clients, ensuring a seamless transition from project implementation to ongoing support.

With diverse sub-teams across different locations, you'll be part of a workforce that values collaboration and networking, providing you with a rich and rewarding experience.

As a consultant in this dynamic team, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps (SAP & Oracle), Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing your functional, technical, and soft skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM for change management processes.
  • Provide support for SAP Solution Manager and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Maintain integrations between systems and oversee change management activities.
  • Monitor and report on change management processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with project teams on change management processes and tools.
  • Provide expertise on ERP processes and change management.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of change management experience for SAP projects.
  • Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Experience in Charm Configuration and integration between Charm and ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of change management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and handle challenging situations.
  • Certification in SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, or change management is a plus.
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and continuously seeking new challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge consistently.
  • Capability to work based on client's schedule and travel if needed.
