Tasks at hand

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team delivers Application Managed Service (AMS) to clients in the SEA region for various ERP applications. Our collaboration with clients ensures business continuity and adds value by implementing continuous enhancements in internal IT processes and business procedures as defined in the applications. The support provided by the AMS team allows our clients to concentrate on their strategic endeavors while we uphold business satisfaction for the implemented application.

The KL DC team works closely with our Consulting team to offer comprehensive services to clients from Advisory, Implementation to Operations, ensuring a seamless transition from the project implementation phase or the client's current AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams at different locations, supporting various ERP applications. As a team member, you will embrace the advantages of a diverse workforce, leading to a truly enriching experience. At Deloitte, we foster networking and collaboration.

As a Consultant in this dynamic and evolving team, you will have the chance to engage with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps in SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation. You will learn to provide operational services, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, identifying areas for improvement, and developing essential functional, technical, and soft skills through trending analysis and internal initiatives.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide continuous support and execute SAP Implementation/Development activities in CO and Product Costing.
  • Analyze user-reported incidents and offer solutions to resolve them swiftly.
  • Manage change requests while understanding new business requirements clearly.
  • Develop documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end-user manuals, and training sessions.
  • Address business needs and deliver efficient and simplified solutions whenever possible.
  • Train key and end-users, and communicate technical scenarios to non-technical individuals.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO support or implementation.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate independence in handling SAP business change requests.
  • Show capability in multitasking and efficient task completion.
  • Experience with S4 HANA, Impact ECS is a bonus.
  • The role focuses on the CO area and requires extensive expertise in CO and Product Costing.
  • Be inquisitive, creative, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Be willing to continuously learn and broaden your knowledge.
  • Be ready to work according to the client's business days and office hours.
  • Be prepared for shift and on-call work if necessary.
  • Have the ability to travel if required, such as being stationed at the client's site for the project.
