Tasks you will handle

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team delivers Application Managed Service (AMS) or Operate services to our Clients in the SEA region for various ERP applications. We collaborate with our Clients to ensure operational continuity and add value by implementing continuous enhancements in internal IT processes, business-defined procedures within the application. The support provided by the AMS team allows our Clients to concentrate more on their strategic tasks while we ensure the business satisfaction for the implemented application.

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team collaborates closely with our Consulting team to offer comprehensive services to our Clients from Advisory, Implementation to Operate. We play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition from the project implementation team or the Client's current AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams in different locations (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) supporting various ERP applications. As a Consultant within this dynamic and expanding team, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You will gain experience in delivering Operate services, including troubleshooting and resolution of raised requests/problems, addressing daily production issues (bug fixes) within agreed Service Level Agreements, identifying potential areas for enhancement and implementing improvements, supporting the team in trend analysis and other internal initiatives to develop the necessary functional, technical, and soft skills.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
  • Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex and Visualforce
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data models
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and Lightning web components
  • Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
  • Understanding of various integration patterns and middleware tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Project management abilities to oversee development projects
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and best practices
  • Salesforce certification(s) (preferred)
  • Engagement in the Salesforce community (preferred)
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and continuously seeking new challenges.
  • Open to exploring and expanding knowledge continually
  • Willing to work according to Client's business days and office hours.
  • Ready to work on shift and/or on-call basis
  • Ability to travel if necessary, such as being stationed at the Client's site for projects.
