We collaborate with Clients to ensure business continuity, deliver continuous improvements, and maintain client satisfaction for the implemented application. Our team works closely with the Consulting team to provide end-to-end services from Advisory to Operate, ensuring a seamless transition for the client. Embrace the benefits of a diverse workforce and enjoy networking and collaboration in Deloitte.As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies such as Cloud Apps (within SAP & Oracle), Automation/RPA, and Business Transformation. Learn to troubleshoot and solve day-to-day production issues, identify areas for improvement, and develop necessary skills through trending analysis and internal initiatives.Key responsibilities include:
  • Solving business problems analytically
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes
  • Providing training and support to clients
  • Knowledge of revenue management, pricing, or contract management concepts

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient in ModelN development
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and OOB functionality
  • 1+ years of ModelN development experience
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Curious, creative, and always seeking new challenges
  • Willing to explore and expand knowledge continuously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work based on Client's business work days and office hours
  • Willing to work on shift and/or on-call basis
  • Ability to travel if required
