Your Responsibilities

Join the Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team offering Application Managed Service (AMS) to clients in the SEA region for various ERP applications. Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth operations, implement improvements in IT processes, and enhance business processes within the applications. The support provided by the AMS team allows clients to focus on their core tasks while ensuring the application's seamless functionality.

The dynamic KL DC team partners with our Consulting team to deliver comprehensive services to clients, from Advisory and Implementation to Operations, ensuring a seamless transition from project implementation to AMS services.

Our diverse team is spread across multiple locations, supporting different ERP applications. By becoming a team member, you will embrace the advantages of a diverse workforce, creating a truly enriching work environment. At Deloitte, we foster networking and collaboration among our team members.

As a Consultant in this vibrant and expanding team, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA/Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You will gain expertise in delivering operational services including troubleshooting, issue resolution, identifying areas for enhancement, trend analysis, and fostering skills development initiatives within the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing advanced Salesforce solutions
  • Assessing and incorporating new Salesforce features and technologies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine project objectives and requirements
  • Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers

About You

If you meet the following criteria, share your resume and become part of the impactful team at Deloitte Consulting:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architectures, data models, and best practices
  • Extensive experience in complex Salesforce customization and configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems through APIs and middleware
  • Ability to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives through strategic thinking
  • Proven track record in successful Salesforce project implementations and a portfolio of completed projects
  • Salesforce certifications, including advanced certifications like Certified Technical Architect (highly preferred)
  • Strong leadership qualities with a knack for guiding and mentoring junior developers
  • Curious, creative, pro-active, and always eager to tackle new challenges
  • Open to continuous learning and exploration of new knowledge
  • Willingness to work based on clients' business days and office hours, including shifts and on-call duties
  • Ready for potential travel, such as being stationed at a client's site for projects
