- Monitor and supervise the business of the Company's dealers
- Build a good relationship with the company's partners to get the best support from them
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers/ dealers' demand to have timely business initiatives
- Identify and solve client issues strategically
- Communicate effectively with management and cross functional teams for both sales and operational matters to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Timely reporting and analytics Necessary Skill / Experience ・Age: Under 40 years old・Gender: Any・Education: Bachelor's Degree major in Business Administration/ Electronics/IT・Language: English or Japanese
- Business Level ・Experience and Skills:
- Having experience in the same position for at least 5 years, in which having sales management in Office Equipment (OE) distribution fields for at least 3 years.
