Work you will do

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team offers Application Managed Services in the SEA region for various ERP applications. They collaborate with clients to ensure business continuity, deliver continuous improvements, and maintain customer satisfaction for implemented applications.

The team partners with the Consulting team to provide end-to-end services from Advisory to Operate, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent service delivery.

As a Consultant, you will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Apps, Automation, Salesforce, and Business Transformation to deliver operational services, troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, and support team initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and execute SAP Implementation / Development activities in SAP Finance.
  • Analyze and solve incidents, handle change requests, develop documentation, and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Train users, explain technical concepts, and support business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP FI with support or implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle business change requests.
  • Capable of multitasking and working efficiently.
  • Experience in S4 HANA, OneSource, Kyriba, Serrala is a plus.
  • High degree of knowledge in areas like Asset Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Account Receivable.
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Willingness to continually learn and adapt, travel if required, and work based on client's needs.
